1. How do I clean the Adjustable Foot Rest?

Our Adjustable Foot Rest only requires a simple wipe with a damp cloth, no special cleaning is needed.

2. Adjustable Foot Rest can’t be adjusted in height?

You can try to reverse the adjustment or check the tightness of the Adjustable Foot Rest’s adjuster. If there is a problem, you can contact our customer service.

3. Product packaging and sign-off

Our Adjustable Foot Rest will be wrapped in waterproof cartons, you should check carefully after receiving the courier, please check whether the packaging is intact before signing for it. If there is any product damage, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Another person to sign for the receipt, such as the consignee himself signed for.

If the package is rejected for customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your Adjustable Foot Rest is lost in transit, we will help you contact the courier company for processing.

Unclaimed and undeliverable parcels due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.

4. Sales tax

Sales tax is the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payment in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend our customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

5. How do I cancel my order?

After your order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

If the order is not yet packaged for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. 

If an order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be retrieved from the delivery pile or courier and therefore cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.
