1. How do I cancel my order?

After your order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

If the order is not yet packaged for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details.

After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. 

If an order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be retrieved from the delivery pile or courier and therefore cannot be cancelled.

If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

You can arrange for a return by mail upon receipt of the product and send the product order number and shipping number to [email protected].

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

2. What if the product is damaged in transit?

We are sorry that you did not receive the Adjustable Foot Rest intact. Please send your proof of purchase to [email protected] and we will contact the courier company to take care of it.

Proof of purchase: Product order number purchased through Workfootrest.com.

3. How do I return the product?

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the item arrives, if you find the product is damaged or unsatisfactory when you receive our Adjustable Foot Rest, you can return it for a refund within 7 natural days.

If you receive the item more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

If there is a quality problem with the Adjustable Foot Rest product, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

If you want to return the product because you don’t like it, picked the wrong color or don’t want it anymore and other non-quality reasons, the resulting shipping costs will be borne by you.

To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] before returning it, stating the reason for the return and providing an invoice or picture to confirm the order number.

If you send back the return courier directly without prior notice to us, we will choose to reject it.

Please wrap our Adjustable Foot Rest in their original packaging and double check that the packaging is complete when you do your return.

Our Adjustable Foot Rest must be brand new and not affect secondary sales, if not, we will not refund you.

4. Return fee

Brand new Adjustable Foot Rest products purchased on our website that do not affect secondary sales.

Returns can be made within the return period by contacting customer service. (Man-made, externally damaged products are not accepted Returns), shipping costs will be borne by Workfootrest.com.

If there is no product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Workfootrest.com will not charge you to relist items.

5. Refund amount arrival time

Once your return has been processed, please send the product order number and return logistics number to us at [email protected].

Once the returned item arrives at Workfootrest.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method, so please be patient. If it is late, please contact us.

Our refund processing time is 1 to 2 business days, which will be delayed in case of holidays or major events.
